
About DICT 2025
DICT 2025 is dedicated to advancing the frontiers of computing and intelligent systems by fostering international collaboration and promoting high-impact research that addresses real-world technological challenges.
We cordially invite you to contribute to and participate in the International Conference on Digital Intelligence and Computing Technologies (DICT 2025), which will take place in London, from August 23–24, 2025.
DICT 2025 provides an interdisciplinary platform for researchers, engineers, practitioners, and educators to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends, concerns, and practical challenges in the fields of artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, robotics, human-computer interaction, and computational theory. Special attention will be given to emerging applications of intelligent systems in healthcare, education, smart cities, industrial automation, and ethical AI.
Accepted papers will be published in a single volume by Pinnacle Academic Proceedings Series (eISSN: 3079-8760), and will be indexed by Google Scholar, Dimensions, Crossref, Scilit, Semantic Scholar, Yubetsu Shibata, ResearchGate, Also, selected titles will be submitted for evaluation in CPCI (part of Clarivate’s Web of Science), and where applicable, they are also submitted to Ei Compendex and Scopus(Subject to acceptance).

Paper Submission Policy
By submitting a paper to DICT 2025, authors acknowledge and agree to the rigorous peer-review process. Submitted manuscripts will be evaluated by qualified experts in the relevant fields, selected by the Conference Committee. Reviewers will provide detailed comments and recommendations. If a submission is accepted, authors are expected to revise their manuscript based on the feedback provided.
DICT 2025 employs a double-blind review process to ensure fairness and impartiality. Authors are required to include their names and affiliations in the manuscript, which will be visible to reviewers. However, reviewers’ identities will remain anonymous, and authors will not be informed of the reviewers’ identities. The Conference Committee is committed to maintaining a high standard of review to ensure a meaningful and enriching experience for all participants.
Plagiarism Policy
DICT 2025 enforces a zero-tolerance policy on plagiarism. Submissions must be original work by the authors, with proper scholarly citations for any referenced material.
If an act of plagiarism is identified, the following actions will be taken:
Public Disclosure: Details of the misconduct, including author names and affiliations, may be disclosed.
Rejection or Retraction: Papers found to contain plagiarism will be rejected or removed from the conference proceedings.
Notification of Institutions: The authors’ institutions and supervisors will be informed of the misconduct.
Reporting to Ethics Committees: Relevant ethics committees and funding agencies will be notified.
Important Information
1. Papers are to be submitted electronically via Email (isabella.li@soapubs.com);
2. All full paper submissions to the DICT 2025 must be written in English;
3. The submissions should not exceed ten pages and should follow the format for conference (template download);
4. Papers submission due to August 23, 2025;
5. Papers registration due to August 24, 2025.
